Step up for children and young people’s mental health during lockdown and take on Snowdon from your very own home.
With so much uncertainty in the world, children and young people need emotional support now more than ever. That’s why we’re asking you to join Trek for Mental Health and climb Snowdon virtually.
Whether you go the distance on your stairs at home, in your garden, or on the streets, choose your perfect place, lace up your trainers, and know that you’re supporting children and young people’s mental health with every step. You could even take part as a family and complete this challenge together.
What’s more, this is a great way to look after your own wellbeing and stay active during these times.
Choose your goal:
- 475 flights of stairs (based on an average flight of 15 steps)
- or 7,120 steps

How your fundraising will help
- £30 could pay for a vulnerable family to get support from a mental health professional during lockdown. For many isolated families, this is a lifeline, giving them access to basic necessities like food.
- £100 could help 14 children to reach us during lockdown and talk about their fears.
